On Friday 2nd December I hosted my last live event for the year-long project Hothouse, which has been looking at ideas of the future of Deptford in various creative and madcap ways. The event exceeded my wildest expectations, and even topped the time when London Dreamtime.

Changes to the Residents Association constitution. There has been a recent consultation regarding the rules surrounding Residents Associations across Lewisham, which has been shared with us. Office Bearers are no longer restricted to Lewisham Homes residents, and can also be sub-tenants. Membership is open to all who want it but voting rights are only given to residents who live in the catchment area. Read a draft of the new constitution here.
